At ICN Media, whilst we are already super-users of GA4, we use SQUID to find deeper-value insight from client data. What does SQUID track?

  • UTMs: attribution for every online marketing campaign

  • Native data: via the SQUID plug-in

Industry standard GA4 lacks clarity, unable to map a customer journey with pinpoint accuracy. SQUID tracks specific data sources, whether that’s emails or social media posts, taking guesswork out of the analytical process.

All inputs entered into SQUID are found on a single dashboard, discussed under Output.

Many SMEs have insufficient data to generate reliable models in GA4 or even on Google Search Console. SQUID changes this.

By applying our SQUID AI Algorithm, we:

  • Assign a probability of each user point in the user journey.
  • Identify which individual source led to a conversion.
  • Use an AI algorithm to infer incomplete origin points.

This provides you with a holistic view of a potential customer’s journey, allowing you to re-target your marketing resources more effectively. Even where a user begins their journey, leaves, and returns months later; SQUID tracks this.

SQUID is aligned with the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UKGDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. As a non-cookie-based WordPress plug-in, it remembers a user’s IP address, creating memory that GA4 doesn’t have. For more read our data-use declaration.

Unlike other tools, you don’t need a data science degree to understand SQUID.

Our metrics tell a story. We showcase a customer’s journey, assigning a Customer Loyalty and Valuation Score, humanising analytics. Our analytics dashboard also provides downloadable and exportable data, ensuring time saved from creating other spreadsheets.
